Thank You For Helping Us Grow Some £10s!

Back To Books is a Not For Profit Community Organisation specialising in arts and wellbeing projects. We raise funds on a project by project basis and have completed many successful creative projects in Northamptonshire. We have been awarded grants for past projects by Awards For All, Northamptonshire Community Foundation and The People's Health Trust. We work with all ages and abilities and hope to build on our creative approaches to walking and wellbeing. We created a public Mosaic Trail for the Brampton Valley Way, artworks and mosaics for The Green Patch Community Allotments and have worked with many groups in rural or deprived areas. We have been delighted by the support we received from friends and well wishers during the Grow Your Tenner campaign in October 2016. We managed to raise £1000 which will be used as matched funding for a new project in 2017!

How You Can Help Raise Funds to Replace Missing Brampton Valley Way Mosaic

Since we have had no sightings of the stolen mosaic panel but lots of great support and comments about the pleasure the way markers have given we are attempting to raise funds to create a replacement. This Autumn Local Giving are Running their Grow Your Tenner Scheme where for every individual donation of £10 Local Giving will match it with £10 and if you Gift Aid there will be an extra benefit to your donation! The campaign launches 14th October 2014 and finishes when the match fund runs out or the 31st January 2015 - whichever comes first.

You can support Back To Books by visiting our Local Giving Page HERE your £10 can help to fill the empty space left on the Brampton Valley Way and will bring joy and inspiration to walkers, runners and cyclists who regularly use this great community asset. You can read about the original project here. We hope you can help us make this a reality!

From small acorns great oaks grow and so we are trying to rally all our supporters, as well as past, present and future participants to ask them to help us. Each donation of up to but not more than £10 will be matched from the Grow Your Tenner fund.

A donation of £10  can be worth up to £22.50:

£10 donation
+£2.50 Gift Aid
+£10 Match funding
Total = £22.50

The £500,000 will be split into two pots of £250,000. £250,000 will match £10 donations as above while the second £250,000 will be used to match new Direct Debits. The first six monthly payments of up to £10 will be matched.

We have lots of exciting plans for future projects and a small donation could help us make these ideas a reality. You can find our Local Giving page here. If you click the Projects tab on our page you can see an outline of some of the plans for future projects. With your help our plans will have wings!
